Admission to 2012-2013 session is open.

Final exams will start in March and the result will be declared on 31st March 2012.

All the parents are requested to clear their wards due's before the final examination or their ward will not be allowed to sit in for the examination.

It is compulsory for the students to carry their dairy everyday.

It will be mandatory to have 85% of attendance. Students who skip classes without informing the school may be expelled and no representation will be accepted.












 


Rules & Regulations

  • The students should carry school diary every day to school.

  • Students should be regular and arrive five minutes before the bell for assembly. Students must join the assembly.

  • No shouting or whistling or running in the school building is allowed at any time.

  • Use of abusive language and talking in native language will be strictly dealt with.

  • Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform has to be worn on all class days and for school functions.

  • No student should scratch or spoil the desk and chairs or draw anything on the walls or any way damage the school property. Damage will be reported to the duty teacher. The parent of the Pupil who damages the property will pay for damages. No sharp instruments will be brought to school.

  • Only text books or library books will be permitted in school.
    Magazines/CD’s which can cause bad behavior are forbidden.

  • It will be mandatory to have 85% of attendance. Students who skip classes without informing the school may be expelled and no representation will be accepted

  • Lending and borrowing money is forbidden.

  • The school is not responsible for goods brought to school which are expensive. The name and class, section should be clearly marked on his / her belongings.

  • Girl students should not wear any cosmetics & jewelry to school. Coloring of hair by both boys and girls in not allowed.

  • Any pupil absent from the school without prior sanction from the principal will be harming his / her interest. No student should leave the school premises.

  • If a student remains absent without any reason / sanction a fine of RS 10 will be imposed. If the absence is more then 10 days his / her name will be struck off the rolls.

  • At the time of arrival/departure of school buses the students must patiently wait in orderly manner. Student should refrain from damaging the bus seats. If a student is not going to use the bus to return home, his/her parent must inform the teacher on duty and conductor/driver of the bus on that particular day.

  • The school reserves the right to dismiss students whose diligence or progress in studies is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.

  • If a student is ill, the parents should decide on the basis of the situation. The child should be given medical treatment rather than burdening the child with school routine.

  • Once the child comes to the school, he or she will not be permitted to leave the school before the end of the day.

  • If a student comes late to school or is in improper uniform, he/ she is likely to be sent back home.

  • It is compulsory to converse in English.

  • Every First Saturday of the month, PTA MEET will be organized on notification. Parents are expected to come and meet all the teachers concerned so as to keep in touch with their child’s progress.

  • Students are expected to maintain positive attitude, respect teachers, follow school norms and good behavior, parents must encourage children to enforce discipline so that the child remains happy during the school hours.

  • Students must bring their textbooks, note books, and other needy things with them. They must prepare their lessons well.

  • Students must do their home work and tasks with due interest and care. It should be done neatly, tidily and fairly. They must keep their books and note books clean and in proper order.

  • Students must submit their work for correction as the teacher instructs. Their negligence will call for punishment and fine.

  • The students should encourage friendliness, brotherhood, politeness, punctuality and diligence amongst them either at school or at home.

  • Students must submit the application for leave duly signed by the parents to the class teacher. In case of illness they must submit a medical certificate for more then four days of absence.

  • It is the foremost duty of students to keep the school premises neat and clean.

  • Parents are requested to see that their children spend adequate time in reading and writing at home.

  • Parents/ guardians must inform the school about any change in their address/ phone numbers. If not the consequences shall be with them.

  • Fees once deposited will not be refunded.

  • There are two terminal examinations in each academic year.

  • All the parents are earnestly requested to ensure punctuality, cleanliness, courtesy, good manners to the children during school hours and in the society.

  • Parents are requested to see the school diary and sign the same as proof of their having checked it.
