Parents Corner

Parents should not disturb the teaching by entering the class room in the school hours. They can meet the teachers on parent-teacher meeting or during the visiting hours as specified.

Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress at work. They should check the diary of their ward daily to see if any notice or remarks have been issued by the class teacher for their information.

Any communication made by the parents should be addressed to the Principal.

Parents must sign the progress report and send it to school within three days.

The child suffering from any contagious or infectious disease should not be sent to school till he/ she is fully recovered.

No message will be sent to the student to leave their classes to meet the parents for any reason.

Parents Participation
Parents are invited to school on PTA meets to ascertain the progress of their children. In order to secure all that is best in education for the students, the maximum co-operation between parents and school authorities to cultivate neatness habitually, and all slovenliness should be firmly discouraged. Remarks made in the diary must be seen and counter signed regularly. All exercise books sent home must be signed regularly by the parents/guardian.

Keeping students at home away from classes for mere social functions is not recommended, because it retards his/her progress in school and minimizes his/her respect for regular hard work and leads to failure in progress.

Parents are requested to ensure that fee is paid in time.

They are also requested to provide their children with proper text books and only the recommended exercise books, stationery etc. at the beginning of the session, and ensure that children diligently attend their work.
 

Note To Parents
Parents are requested to contact the Principal during the school hours on Saturday between 10:00h to 12:30h to ascertain progress of their children.

Parents are advised to visit classrooms only after permission from Principal. Frequent visits disturb the children and class.

IPS conducts Parent teacher meet on first Saturday of every month between 9am-12pm. The parents are requested to attend the meeting.

Parents are requested to keep in constant contact with class teacher and check progress of their children.

Parents participation will enable the school authorities to shape their children better and is the key to success for their children.

Kindly monitor viewing of T.V. programmes and internet. Timings and selected viewing of programmes will help in time management for studies and will result in excellence in studies.

Please check the diary daily for communicating with school authorities. Home work be checked so that it is completed daily. Your co operation to fix time table at home for studies and  games will help in speeding up your child’s learning skills. The child will excel if he attends to his home work regularly at home.
