Admission to 2012-2013 session is open.

Final exams will start in March and the result will be declared on 31st March 2012.

All the parents are requested to clear their wards due's before the final examination or their ward will not be allowed to sit in for the examination.

It is compulsory for the students to carry their dairy everyday.

It will be mandatory to have 85% of attendance. Students who skip classes without informing the school may be expelled and no representation will be accepted.












 


Facilities
 

COMPUTER LABORATOTRY
Computer aided instruction constitutes the various ways in which computer may be used for teaching.  Its potential as a medium for making teaching more interactive learner oriented. The main aim of  computer teaching is to make optimum use of the information technology available in the field of education as a  tool for effective teaching and learning process,  the school has well equipped computer laboratory. The school has out sourced teaching of contracted teaching and aided program from the IT Company.

SCIENCE LABORATORY
The school has a composite science laboratory for teaching of biology, physics chemistry. The experiment help in understanding the subjects better and sharpens the young minds power of observation. Experiments are the backbone of studying science at IPS. 


LIBRARY
The school has well stocked library consisting of about 2500 volumes including encyclopedias under the charge of librarian. The library contains a fairly large number of books on varied subjects. The students are encouraged to go to the library  and study. They are also issued books from library.


TRANSPORT
Buses have been provided for the students.

  1. School buses will collect the students from pick up points. The selection of the pick of points will be fixed by the school. The responsibility to collect the children timely from the pick up points will rest with parents.

  2. In case the school vehicle goes out of order, the parents will make alternate arrangements. No claim on this account will be entertained by the school.

  3. Change of residence or discontinuance should be in writing. School authorities deserve the right to accept or reject the request; acceptance of request is subject to availability of vacancy and seat/route of the school bus.

  4. A child who opts for the school conveyance shall have to continue for a minimum period of six months. A months notice be given in writing to the school office if desirous to discontinue the school conveyance, otherwise one month charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

  5. The school bus charges may be revised, owing to rise in petroleum products or for any other reason.

CANTEEN
A small canteen has been provided within the school campus. Eatables are available during the recess.

BOOKS & STATIONERY
 School books, exercise note books, school diary & other stationary items are supplied by the school book shop.
